Ans.:WhatsUp Gold Distributed is actually 2 or more copies of WhatsUp Gold Premium, with
additional component of
- Central for 1 Central Site to receive data.
- Remote, for 1 or more remote sites to upload its monitoring status back to Central

Ans: Ipswitch Service Agreement covers 1 year unlimited technical support on reporting and correction of product defects, and installation and configuration assistance. It entitle user to free software version upgrade within the active service agreement period..
