Position 1: Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provides pre-sales technical consulting to sales team and resellers.
- Involves in requirement gathering & analysis, solution demo.
- Works closely with sales and R&D team to propose the best-fit solution for customers.
- Participates in post sales activity, including implementation, training and support.
- Engages in frequent oversea assignments with short travel notice.
Requirement
- Diploma in an IT-related discipline.
- Preferably with 1 years working experience. Motivated fresh graduate with relevant IT experience or knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Windows Systems, and resourceful in system and networking troubleshooting.
- Able to take up short term oversea assignment with short notice.
- Able to work independently and passionate in learning and using new technology
